Chevrolet Sonic
Build your own 2012 Chevrolet Sonic experience. Built from scratch with a jQuery-ified front-end and XML configuration mapping, all while taking into account vehicle option dependencies, conflict resolution, pricing, and of course tracking. Real-time CGI rendering and social API integration included. (Deep link into the family experience with my favorite configuration options.)

This small microsite was created for a revamped MACA class at Macomb Community College. Its purpose is to teach students Web 2.0 styling techniques, some SEO, semantic markup, and SWF embedding. The project is intended for educational purposes only.

The task was to implement a flexible, accessible, and updated web presence. The provided composition was redesigned and configured for the web. A light content management system was implemented for easy updating.

The Factory
A privately owned music venue at the outskirts of Detroit needed a place to simply put contact information and event dates. Two versions were created over time, the first being flash intensive while maintaining accessiblity features and search engine compatibility. The second, a minimalistic approach, but featuring a more flexible back-end for content management.

Zeitgeist
An unique and highly flexible design for an online retail store. Fancy div layering techniques coupled with customized patterns were used to achieve an extremely adjustable interface. Some jQuery included (in the navigation). Only the template is featured.

Utilizing every exciting and innovative software and hardware technology, this website uses a configurable and highly customizable CMS. Live webcasts are frequent, and there is always plenty of user interactivity going around. The focus is the music education industry, teachers and students alike.

3-D Bike Interface
This interface gives a tour of a three demensional bike. Positions and views are predetermined, but provide animated transitions. The XML-driven interface is written in AS2. Two words: video and still; okay, well that's three.

Generic Photogallery
A dynamic photogallery implementing XML-based queue loading and written in AS2.

Max Lines
Practice with a highly controlled pseudo-particle system written in AS2. Efficient placement, interval management, and above all particle limitations (number of). Hint: controls are at the bottom.

Area Awareness & Shortest Path
A set number of nodes are drawn on the canvas with randomized coordinates with AS2. Positions cannot overlap and must adhere to the specified criteria. Lines following the same rules are drawn to connect the nodes. The original intention was to create a map where a graph search algorithm (like A*) could be applied.
